Creating a new visual identity -online and spatial in the form of textile installation - for Cross Attic that since spring 2024 entered a new phase under the care of Michal Salwiński.

For the last couple of months Cross Attic has become a secret playground for a group of artists. For my share, I started to create a series of monsters ~ creatures inspired by the shapes in the dark corners of the attic ~ by upcycling second hand textiles: partly ones that we found at the storage spaces of Cross Attic, and partly forgotten pieces from the dark corners of our own wardrobes. These creatures create a playful and cozy atmosphere while fostering awareness of the beyond human entities cohabiting Cross Attic with us. These (relational) objects will stay in the attic, providing an environment for future events.
